In our lives, our paths twist and turn and where we end up has so much to do with where we started our journey. After learning photography in high school, I knew I found my passion. Developing film, the smell of the chemicals, being in the darkroom, all of it was just pure joy. Following that passion led to a Masters of Fine Art in Photography, in Spring 2015. Like all artists, my particular style and aesthetic comes through in my work. It is edgy; it is both loud and quiet; it is often veiled in darkness. I am not interested in taking 'pretty' pictures, I want to take ones that mean something to me. But I do feel that as a working photographer, the client's needs always come first, and I am able to adjust to any situation. I work as a freelance photographer, so if you need one, I shoot just about everything!
